Job Title: Salon Admin Supervisor
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
The job responsibilities include:
- Oversee daily salon operations
- Attend to clients on arrival and ensure excellent service delivery by site workers
- Hire and train stylists and technicians, as needed
- Organize employees’ shifts, considering peak times and seasonality
- Arrange for regular maintenance services for all equipment
- Apply hygiene practices across all beauty stations
- Ensure all beauty treatments meet high quality standards
- Maintain staff records, including salaries and working schedules
- Promote services, products and discounts on social media
- Receive payments from clients and track all transactions
- Keep updated records of costs and revenues (e.g. daily, monthly and quarterly)
Role Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Salon Manager or similar role
- Good knowledge of hair services, treatments and products
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to handle customers’ requests and complaints with grace
- Additional certification in Hair Styling is a plus
Job Title: Brand / Content Executive
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
The key responsibility of role is to develop the company’s image and develop strategies to boost brand awareness. Responsibilities also include:
- Develop content strategy aligned with the business’s short-term and long-tern goals and targets
- Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels including online and social media
- Assisting with product branding development, pricing, product launches as well as developing new business opportunities
- Carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends
- Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of brands
- Supervising advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding
- Organising events such as product launches, exhibitions and photo shoots.
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in similar role
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
