Responsibilities include

  • Recruitment process support.
  • Attending to customer requests via various contact points.
  • Employee relations and communication.
  • HR administration.
  • Managing the social media accounts for the business.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • OND / BSc degree.
  • Fresh graduates and corpers are encouraged to apply.
  • 0 – 2 years work experience.
  • Good knowledge and use of MS Office tools.

Job Title: Client Experience Officer

Location: Magodo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • Drive online sales of company products through social media channels
  • Help customers find the products that are right for them and explain their various features and benefits
  • Build trust relationships with customers through excellent customer service
  • Process customer orders
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and efficiently

Job Responsibilities
Sales:

  • Post product pictures on social media daily
  • Share valuable product offers with customers daily
  • Understand customers’ needs
  • Know your products
  • Keep a sales and business development perspective. Ability to spot opportunities and conscious of closing deals/selling
  • Offer solution to customers’ enquiries. If not available, proffer alternatives
  • Encourage referrals from customers
  • Meet sales goals and target as determined by the management
  • Work closely to share ideas and strategies on how to improve the business with management
  • Manage the store’s handles on social media to interact effectively with customers

Client Engagement/Relationship:

  • Delight customers with relevant, valuable content that educates and keeps them informed
  • Ensure online customers consistently experience “wow” service
  • Be an ambassador for the brand and always portray a positive attitude and energy when attending to clients and delivering service
  • Ensure online customers are fully satisfied with service rendered
  • Put calls through to customers to gather feedback on their experience and orders
  • Fulfill customer orders

Qualification Required

  • Minimum of OND qualification, HND and BSc holders can also apply
  • 1 – 3 years online customer service and social media management experience
  • Candidate should be resident around the job location – Magodo, Lagos
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent selling skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Great negotiation skills
  • Intelligence gathering skills
  • Must be self-motivated and fun loving
  • Must be proficient with internet and Social Media
