Job Title: Legal Executive – Finance House
Location: Lagos
Requirements
- BL / LLB / JD
- Candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in a Financial Institution
- Liaise with the Company Secretary on all Legal matters.
- Assisting in pre and post-meeting activities for the group meetings.
- Conduct of Legal research and constant monitoring of Legal and regulatory changes that relates to the company
- As directed by the company secretary, assists in preparation of letters of demand for the company’s subsidiaries
- Monitoring and filling of completed contracts and other corporate documents as directed.
- Attend to and follow up the company’s matters at CAC and other official meetings as directed.
- Assist the company secretary
- Going over Legal documents on behalf of the company as directed by the Head Legal Officer/Company Secretary.
