Responsibilities
- Implement and continuously refine digital media strategy for the Company
- Manage all social media resources and team members to deliver on content development, publishing, community management, marketing, and reporting.
- Oversee and be directly responsible for quality control and daily deliverables
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree qualification
- Five years relevant experience
- Core digital media strategy experience
- Complementary content development skills
- Complementary project management skills
- Experience with day-to-day social media management including content development, community management, publishing, advertising, promotion, and analytics.
- Capacity to develop, manage and grow a team
- Understanding of both Nigerian and American social media lingo
- Initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision
Job Title: Community (Customer Service) Manager
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Delivering a comprehensive service to enquiring customers
- Managing Customers account (Key account management)
- Keeping a record of customers’ interaction and details of action taken
- Managing a large number of incoming calls and emails
Requirements
- First degree with 5 – 7 years relevant experience
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft suite
