Job Title: Front Desk / Admin Officer

Location: Alimosho, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time


  • We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

What Does a Receptionist do?

  • As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Our Receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support across the organization
  • You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls
  • To be successful as a Receptionist, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. You should also be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations
  • Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position.
  • Ultimately, a Receptionist’s duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively, and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.


  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock Update calendars and schedule meetings Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience: 1 – 4 years


  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
  • Professional attitude and appearance Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills, Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks Customer service attitude High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
  • Must reside in Yaba / FESTAC or close to these two places.


Job Title: Assistant Web Designer / Developer

Location: Alimosho, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Description

  • We are looking for a Web Developer who is skilled in designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting and supporting mid-size to large-scale websites and applications
  • Must be able to create, understand and explain detailed specifications and business requirements in order to deliver business value We are looking for an exceptional candidate with a strong work ethic and ability to work on own initiatives.
  • Understanding the over-arching business objectives and advising on the most appropriate campaigns material.
  • Work with brand team to devise creative and innovative campaigns in line with the overall digital marketing efforts.
  • You will be responsible for all online creative assets including photography, videos, info graphics, banners and social media content.
  • Develop the creative campaign ideas to support the promotions to maximise conversion rates and income for the website.
  • Ensure all projects that are briefed hit deadlines provided.
  • Be able to provide web ready designs for a full range of marketing communications including banners, advertisements, email shots, info graphics and all other graphics for website.
  • Have knowledge of UX /UI design
  • Keeping up-to-date with all the latest internet trends – whether it be the explosion of mobile or integration of re-targeting marketing campaigns with social media

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience: 1 – 4 years

You will have the following skills for this role:

  • Proven Web Design experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of WordPress
  • 2 years + experience within a similar role ideally within corporates or ecommerce
  • Adobe Creative Suite – in particular Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Experienced in HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, PHP, Node js, Angular js, JavaScript and responsive web design
  • Knowledge of UX best practices
  • Knowledge of PPC, Digital & Social Media marketing
  • Ability to design across multiple channels including desktop and mobile app
  • Passion for web design
  • Strong background in Web design / or online marketing experience, in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience in delivering web campaign graphics to engage customers and ultimately lead to increased conversions.
  • You should have experience with content management systems.
  • Experience with Google Website Analytics and Optimizer
  • Be very organised and able to manage your time effectively
  • You must be a good communicator and feel confident managing the team relationships.
  • Show creative skills and drive a culture of continuous process improvement
  • Experience using CRMs, NetSuite or equivalent online system would be advantageous.
  • Must be proficient in content management systems like (CMS) WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Magento, Presta shop amongst others.
