Job Title: Secretary

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Answer and screen telephone calls, and respond to emails, messages and other correspondence.
  • Professionally greet and receive clients.
  • Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
  • Maintaining and ordering office supplies.
  • Scheduling meetings and conferences.
  • Assisting executives with project tasks.
  • Prepare and disseminate correspondence and memos.
  • Make travel arrangements.
  • Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Ensure efficient and effective administrative information and assistance.

Requirements

  • BSc or HND in Secretarial Administration or related field
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ work experience as a secretary.
  • Applicant must be female
  • Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques.
  • Must be able to multi-task and have time management capability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Integrity and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.

 

Job Title: Personal Driver

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Requirements

  • Applicant must have valid driver’s license
  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience with at least SSCE

Job Title: Dispatch Rider

Location: Nigeria

Requirements

  • Minimum of SSCE.
  • 2+ years proven experience as a dispatch rider.
  • Ability to communicate, read and write.
  • Must have valid riders card.

Job Title: Accountant

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the company’s daily financial transactions are accurately posted and all the branches’ daily accounts are properly closed.
  • Supervise all branches closely and ensure that they post their complete daily financial transactions accurately.
  • Reconciling all the company’s bank accounts on a weekly basis
  • Maintaining the company’s monthly Trial Balances and Financial Accounts.
  • Preparing quarterly Management Reports for the company (capturing all the branches nationwide).
  • Working with Auditors to ensure that the annual auditing exercise is successful.
  • Answering all accounts-related queries from Federal & State tax officers and other Governmental and organisational bodies whenever they visit.
  • Preparing all Accounting and financial reports and schedules required to aid management’s decision making process
  • Payroll Administration
  • Preparing the schedules for statutory remittances (PAYE, Withholding tax, Pension, Company tax, ITF, NSITF, among others) and ensuring timely remittance.
  • Maintaining a complete and accurate Fixed Asset Register for the company

Requirements

  • B.Sc. / HND in Accounting / Finance
  • Minimum of six years’ experience in same role
  • Excellent organizational, problem solving and communication skills
  • Excellent mathematical and numerical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
