We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Account Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Oversee the assigned business unit financial resources so as to ensure efficient and effective functioning of its operations.
  • Managing the portfolio of the respective Sales accrued account holder.
  • Review the company’s accounting policies, from time to time, to ascertain their suitability to a dynamic business environment.

Duties / Responsibilities

  • Analyze potential contracts and mergers and manage all investments for company.
  • Responsible for the input of financial transactions into the company’s accounting software.
  • Administer all accounting functions for acquisition and integration of processes.
  • Prepare monthly revenue report based on list of stock distribution to customers/client.
  • Supervise all functions of Corporate Controller and subsidiaries.
  • Maintain records of all data and evaluate it to recommend product improvements.
  • Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
  • Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
  • Ensure proper documentation of invoices and purchase order for the respective financial transaction.
  • Assessing correctness of claim, review computation of stocks/goods amount and make necessary adjustments.
  • Monitor Company’s various cash flow forecasts.
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
  • Execute other duties as may be required by the immediate manager and other members of the management.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of B.Sc. in Accounting.
  • Versatile Knowledge in the use of SAGE Software & ERP is essential.
  • Professional qualification will be added advantage.
  • Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in a reputable organization.
  • Below 30 years.

Job Title: Warehouse Officer

Location: Onitsha, Anambra
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Description

  • To facilitate periodic checks of the quantities of goods held in stock with standing orders.
  • Analysis the aging of stocks & communicate to the line manager about obsolete Stock.
  • To maintain the Store Inventory Level in view of monthly consumption.
  • To verify all the last day Store taking activity (In/Out) & rectify the error if any.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Maintaining Stock Report for Consumables and Goods material.
  • Job work transactions (Sending and taking invoice of goods requested).
  • Keeping records and inventory of stock.
  • Preparing of goods invoice notes to the management.
  • Receive and supply goods to/from customers.
  • Spot and full stock audit.
  • Purchase / order stock items.
  • Maintain profitable inventory control.
  • Responsible to monitor the usable life of stock items and inform the management of near expiry goods.
  • Responsible for on-time supply of goods to clients following FIFO/FEFO
  • Responsible to ensure and maintain the status Identification and the Traceability of stored Goods as per Quality System procedures.
  • Responsible for the physical quantity of the goods received and dispatched by warehouse.
  • Prepare bills/goods invoice PO of incoming order and submit to accounts.
  • Ensuring proper scheduling, record keeping, and inventory control.
  • Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the line manager

Qualifications

  • A minimum of HND / B.Sc. in Inventory & Store Management or any related discipline.
  • Well conversant with ERP and SAGE Software as well as other Office application.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a reputable organization.

Job Title: Driver

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Description

  • To be responsible for conveying products, equipment, and staff of the organization to the areas where they are required.
  • Promptly communicate to supervisors about any major repairs and maintenance on vehicles.
  • To perform vehicle inspection before and after each trip.
  • To provide timely and promptly driving services to respective staff and/or goods for supply within the East region.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely conveyance of staff and products to and fro places within the East axis as instructed by supervisor or the manager.
  • Carry out routine checks on vehicles and ensure they are in sound condition.
  • Keep all records, including receipts for vehicle maintenance.
  • Loading and unloading products into vehicle for transaction purpose.
  • Ensure vehicle is given regular/day-to-day maintenance checks: check oil, water, battery, brakes, tyres, etc.
  • Ensure that vehicles are kept perfect and clean at all times by washing both the inside and outside parts of the vehicle.
  • Keep up a travel log to record areas travelled to, travel time, and work hours.
  • Adhere to company operating policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Driving.
  • A Valid Driver’s license.
  • Below 30 years.
