Responsibilities
- Generating referrals for the hospital by building relationships with physicians, long term care, independent and assisted living facilities and other community resources.
- Conduct market analysis; develop sales strategy, goals and plans.
- Conducting sales calls, and evaluating results and effectiveness of sales activity
- Support business development activities and help establish strong relationships with new and existing referral sources.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree. At least two years recent sales experience in the health care industry, preferably in hospitals.
- Formal sales training.
- Proven ability to develop and implement a sales and marketing plan.
- Evidence of achieving referral goals within the market.
- Excellent planning, organization and presentation skills are critical.
- The ideal candidate will have established healthcare contacts and be able to readily network in the community.

Job Title: Skin Specialist
Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities
- Examine clients’ skin carefully using the appropriate tools to determine skin appearance and condition so the right treatments may be provided
- Sterilize equipment and ensure work areas are clean and sanitary
- Use face masks and peels and other specialized products and techniques to treat clients’ facial skin to improve texture and appearance
- Determine which colors or products will effectively suit clients and improve their specific quality of skin
- Perform simple blackhead extraction as needed to help clients achieve healthy, clean and acne-free skin
- Demonstrate proper techniques for cleaning and caring for skin and recommend skincare regimens based on client needs
- Analyze skin issues and determine whether you are able to treat the problem or if the client needs to be referred to a medical specialist for further analysis
- Stay up to date on the latest industry trends, treatments, products and research so you can effectively and safely advise and treat clients
Job Skills and Qualifications
Required:

Job Title: Aesthetic Practitioner
Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities
Treatments:
- To carry out high quality and professional laser and skin treatments in accordance with company protocol.
- To carry out or participate in, skin and laser consultations with prospective clients to determine individual needs and to make recommendations on appropriate treatments and products.
- To deliver exceptional customer care and develop a professional rapport with clients, ensuring that they are confident and satisfied with their treatments.
- To promote & recommend products and services, maximising opportunities for sales and referrals
- To ensure all clinic procedures and data protection requirements are followed in relation to client records prior to, during and after appointments, including completion of medical history.
- To maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times in relation to clients.
- To maintain working areas and equipment in accordance with health, safety, hygiene and general housekeeping standards at all times.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 3-10 years work experience.
- Good level of General education, including Numeracy, English, IT (Grades A-C)

- BTEC Award Laser & Light-based hair removal and photo rejuvenation level 4 VTCT
- Previous accredited training in laser treatment and or appropriate skin procedures.

- Work related experience in a customer service environment.

Job Title: Truck Driver
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Transport finished goods and raw materials over land to and from manufacturing plants or retail and distribution centers
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance
- Plan routes and meet delivery schedules
- Document and log work/rest periods and kilometers spent driving and retain fuel/toll receipts
- Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures
- Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions
- Collect and verify delivery instructions
- Report defects, accidents or violations
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO with 2 – 10 years work experience.
- Proven work experience as a Truck Driver
- Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly
- Extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations
- No recent moving or driving violations
- Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions etc)
- Willing to submit to background/drug checks and provide employment recommendations
- Valid truck driving licence

- N50,000 – 60,000 monthly.
