Job Brief
- We are looking for a skilled Cake Baker/Decorator to design, bake and decorate cakes according to customers’ requests and desires.
Job Description
The right person for the job will be responsible for the following:
- Taking and recording cake orders and instructions from customers
- Working with customers to come up with ideas for cake designs and decorations
- Baking, designing, and decorating cakes to meet customer specifications, industry and bakery standards
- Able to produce a variety of cake frosting, fillings and icing
- Inventorying, stocking and management of baking and decorating supplies
- Supporting other bakery staff to produce other confectionery as required
Required Skills
- Proven expertise in different cake baking and decorating techniques
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Creative and artistic skills
- Great team player.
