Job Title: Publishing Manager

Job Description
- Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate should have a solid knowledge of the publishing process
- Managing a team of Editors and content developers, the candidate would be responsible for managing all deadlines & operational details of the publishing process
- Collaborate effectively with key partners i.e. Authors and other stakeholders
Requirements
- B.Sc in Language Arts and a Second Degree in any qualifying subject with a minimum of 10 years cognate experience working in a similar role.
- He/she must possess excellent organisational skills, strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Must also have user knowledge of DTP applications (InDesign, CorelDraw, PageMaker, Adobe Creative Suite etc.).

Job Title: Marketer / Sales Representative

Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in Marketing / Social Sciences with a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Candidates should be able to initiate sales strategies to win & keep customers in an ever changing environment
- They should demonstrate good & functional understanding of the Publishing industry sales dynamics.
- Candidates are expected to have demonstrable technical and analytical skills, good communication and interpersonal skills and an excellent drive to achieve targets.

Job Description
- Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate must be able to develop strategies to drive sales and customer/product retention
- Prepare sales budget, measure & report on sales performance using sophisticated marketing tools.
Requirements
- Second Degree in Marketing or other Social Sciences with 10 years cognate experience preferably in the Publishing industry
- Professional qualification in relevant discipline will be an added advantage.
