Responsibilities
Key responsibilities for the role:
- Develop and execute promotions to support the EasyBuy Direct business model.
- Monitoring and reporting of all promotions as related to the EasyBuy Direct business.
- Assist in the planning and execution of Social Media/E-commerce campaigns
- Ensure that marketing materials are disbursed to all retail distributors
- Manage the Marketing Merchandize at the warehouse.
- Source for competitive suppliers for all marketing materials.
- Work with Creative team to ensure all customer-facing materials are aligned with the Sun King brand guidelines.
- Assist with the Sun King store audit.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is:
- A recent graduate or currently engaged in youth service (NYSC).
- Has a flair for marketing (brand building)
- Conversant with Google Tools (Doc, Sheet & Slide)
- A good team player.
- Pays attention to details.
- Confident with a good presentation skill.

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Associate
Location: Lagos

The Role
- The Talent Acquisition Associate will work closely with heads of department to fill vacancies and promote employer branding.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities for the role:
- Established recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
- Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
- Coordinate full cycle recruitment as necessary, following all HR processes, procedures, hiring deadlines and job requirement.
- Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements as well as head hunting, when required.
- Coordinates virtual and physical interviews.
- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers, interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
- Execute and maintain sourcing strategy for short term and long-term talent acquisition forecasts.
- Reviews employment applications and background check reports
- Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment
- Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates.
- Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.
- Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics.
- Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies
- Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is:
- Working experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment role of at least 3 years (post NYSC)
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
- In-depth knowledge of candidate’s selection methods
- Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes for both technical and non-technical recruitments.
- Hands on experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills
- Impactful presentation style
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
- A positive, “can do” attitude.
