Job Title: Inventory Control Specialist

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Core Prerequisites

  • Supervise, oversee, and plan every activity that relates to inventory control in the organization or warehouse environment
  • Ensure all items in the warehouse are appropriately received and stored
  • See to proper inventory to ensure customers’ demands are met in the most efficient manner obtainable
  • Work directly with management to bring them up to date regarding stock inflow and outflow
  • Compile inventory information and present it to management for effective decision making, which may include the need for restock, and so on
  • Provide recommendations to management, as well as to sales leaders
  • Provide accurate information on inventory to customers to guide them in their choice of items to order
  • Review balance of inventory and count the items in stock
  • Initiate policy changes regarding inventory in the company
  • Investigate hitches in the warehouse inventory system and execute necessary improvements towards better business performance, which centers on customer satisfaction
  • Perform managerial functions, including retraining members of staff of the warehouse if necessary
  • Hire new staff when openings become available
  • Liaise with management in implementing disciplinary actions against warehouse staff found wanting for offenses that require management decisions
  • Set up schedules for the warehouse; monitor staff performances, and conduct reviews

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc/HND in any field, in addition to two to three years of direct working experience. Such experience should border around warehousing and wholesale distribution
  • Familiarity with company products is added advantage in most instances, demonstrating better understanding of the company’s expectations
  • Ability to adapt promptly to any change in working condition and to get problems resolved without delay
  • Ability to perform excellently even when under work pressure, especially in times when shipment or inventory deliveries are forgotten or delayed
  • Possess effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to comprehend written materials easily
  • Ability to relate across departments connected to the warehouse, and with other members of staff within working environment
  • Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously and get them resolved without any hitch or glitch
  • Proficient with the use of the computer, especially packages relating to inventory.
  • Possess relatively fast typing skill

Job Title: Business Development Manager (Educational Sector)

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Directly Reports to: MD/CEO

Job Summary

  • To explore opportunities for business growth and continuously increase the customer base of all Educational Solutions, (Proskool, Prolearn, iSPACE, Electronic Screens for schools, and signage solutions).

Basic Responsibilities

  • Develop the market in the Educational Sector with our technology based products.
  • Formulate appropriate strategic responses to market developments for Proskool, Prolearn, iSPACE, Electronic Screens for schools and signage solutions.
  • Monitors and Evaluates impact of external environment on Proskool/Prolearn Software.
  • Conduct periodic surveys to assess and address customer needs both for Proskool and signage solutions.
  • Grow the Educational solutions business
  • Identify and manage effectively the internal and external forces affecting “The Proskool/Prolearn Software etc.
  • Position our services and solution in the market space.
  • Build a brand name for all the Educational solution.
  • Ensure all Educational solutions always have a competitive advantage over its competitors.
  • Determine value added services to be offered to our customers to distinguish the Educational solutions from other players in the industry.
  • Continually conduct a peer analysis on operations and performance of peers in the industry, and proffer ideas that will ensure the Educational solutions continued relevance in the market space.
  • Ensure visibility and consistent business for all Educational solutions in the Educational sector.
  • Conduct seminar and events regularly to sensitized our customers/client.
  • Ensure a monthly target of 10 million.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Title: Freelance Marketer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Title: ICT Teacher / Computer Science Teacher

Job Requirements

  • Graduate in Computer Science / Information and Communication Technology / Computer Engineering.
  • Must have knowledge of a wide range of computer technologies.
  • Passionate about learning and teaching new applications/program.
  • Teaching certification for the level at which you will be instructing.
  • Prior experience as a Computer Teacher.
  • Planning student lessons based on IT knowledge and understanding of curriculum guidelines
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Must have critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.

Core Prerequisites:

  • Design and develop appropriate computer instructional material.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans and classroom activities inconsistent with student management issues.
  • Determine and troubleshoot technology services for staff.
  • Planning lessons and activities that facilitate students’ acquisition of basic and advanced computer skills.
  • Creates lesson plans that are appropriate for the age and abilities of the students in the class.
  • Maintains computer laboratories and keeps an inventory of supplies.
  • Ensures that computer equipment is functioning properly.
  • Knowledge of Programming will be an added advantage.
  • Instruct students on how computers work, including the basic science and mathematics behind their operation and the hardware and the software built on those foundations.
  • Develop specific computer science curriculum with various classes that could entail game programming, app programming, logic and critical thinking. Courses should be developmentally appropriate and engaging.
  • Perform ongoing evaluation of the effectiveness of the instructional technology.
  • Effectively manage the classroom by implementing discipline, time management, and organization consistent with school policy.
  • Commitment to excellence and ability to work both independently and in a collaborative environment.
  • Must reside in Lagos.
