Job Description

  • Successful candidates will be responsible for day-to-day maintenance of the organization’s premises, technical equipments and facilities.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc / HND in Civil Engineering with a minimum of Second Class Lower Degree or Lower Credit
  • Minimum of 2 years post NYSC work experience in a technical position.
  • Must be willing to run shift duty
  • Completion of NYSC programme or possession of a valid certificate of exemption is mandatory.
  • Must be physically fit and able to work under pressure
  • Candidates are expected to be proficient in Microsoft Office package especially word and excel.
  • Must have a minimum of H.S.E 1 Certification.
  • Candidate should fall within age bracket of 22-28 years.

Job Title: Executive Assistant

Job Description
Successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Daily running of the office
  • Calendar management
  • Organizing and maintaining files, records & databases
  • Organizing meetings & booking meeting rooms
  • Collecting & preparing information for meetings with managers, staff and external partners
  • Handling correspondence directed to managers
  • Producing reports & presentations
  • Acting as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues.

Qualifications
