Job Title: Mechanical Engineer

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Responsibilities

  • Provides technical and engineering support and guidance to offshore or on site teams
  • Monitors the performance of the mechanical systems
  • Ensures that mechanical systems meet statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Undertakes in-depth analyses/studies of problems and identifies longer-term solutions and/or options
  • Supports production installations with maintenance planning, delivery and troubleshooting activities
  • Reviews and comments on supplier information and assists with specification and ordering of materials and equipment, and inspection and testing activities
  • Produces budgets and plans for specific studies or modifications and manages the cost control process
  • Undertakes general Project Engineering studies and activities
  • Develops procedures relating to mechanical operations, design and maintenance
  • Ensures safe, reliable and environmentally responsible operations
  • Ensures activities comply with relevant industry/company codes and standards
  • Designs and specifies new or replacement equipment
  • Reports any breaches of safety procedures to supervision / management
  • Actively participates in and promotes company health and safety campaigns, policies and procedures, and ensures personal safety and that of colleagues at all times

Requirements

  • Minimum of Bsc./HND in Mechanical engineering
  • Recognised Trade Apprenticeship and/or NVQ/SVQ Level 3 certification or equivalent and/or OPITO / ECITB Technician Training Scheme
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience
  • Basic offshore induction and emergency training (BOSIET)
  • Offshore Medical Certificate
  • OPITO Minimum Industry Safety Standards (MIST)
  • Experienced in the operation of computerised maintenance management systems

Job Title: Instrumentation Technician

Location: Rivers

Responsibilities

  • Carries out routine maintenance and testing activities
  • Completes fault-finding and repair of instrumentation / electronic systems and equipment
  • Modifies, repairs or replaces systems and equipment
  • Installs new systems and equipment as required
  • Participates in Risk Assessments as part of Integrated Safe System Of Work (ISSOW) / Permit to Work preparation
  • Interprets technical drawings and updates with any changes following the installation of new systems and equipment
  • Orders spares and consumables as required on an ongoing basis
  • Prepares reports on work activities
  • Reports any breaches of safety procedures to supervision / management
  • Actively participates in and promotes company health and safety campaigns, policies and procedures, and ensures personal safety and that of colleagues at all times
  • Provides support as part of the installation emergency response team
  • Review P&ID and related control systems designed and recommend changes as needed.
  • Monitoring of earthing installation in GPP2 and LPG to ensure total compliances to industrial standard.
  • Verification of all instruments, cable trays, conduits, cable etc against approved instruments index and P & ID to ensure conformance.
  • Installation of detection systems, instruments, carried out site acceptance test (SAT) on control valves as required by the procedures. Ensured all instruments and electrical cable were functional tested before installation
  • Ensure that cables are well glanded to jbs, panel and termination of cable to their terminal blocks are done according to interconnection drawings.

Requirements

  • Minimum of B.Sc / HND in Electrical Engineering

Job Title: Painter

Location: Port Harcourt,  Rivers

Responsibilities

  • Uses suitable safety equipment e.g. harnesses, cradles, protective personal equipment
  • Prepares work areas using special treatments and abrasive blasting
  • Applies industrial finishes using paint spraying methods
  • Maintains painting and coating equipment in a safe and usable condition, and in line with painting and coating regulations
  • Removes any items of painting and coating equipment which is deemed to be unsafe or beyond repair
  • Works in a safe manner at all times, ensuring that the permit to work system is followed
  • Reports any breaches of safety procedures to supervision / management
  • Actively participates in and promotes company health and safety campaigns, policies and procedures, and ensures personal safety and that of colleagues at all times

Requirements

  • Relevant Trade Apprenticeship or equivalent e.g. in painting / coatings
  • Recognised industrial Painting / Coatings qualification
  • Relevant experience as an industrial painter
  • Basic offshore induction and emergency training
  • Offshore Medical Certificate
  • Trades test/certification

Job Title: Sales Executive (Food and Beverages)

Location: Rivers

Job Description

  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
  • Duties include the following, measurable in terms of time, cost, quality or quantity.
  • Strategic Responsibility – To submit sales strategy/policy, processes and procedure for key accounts mapping and growth.
  • To manage the implementation of all the relevant applicable SOP’s. To ensure sales transactions are executed as per given prices and policies.
  • To identify key officials for each key account and strategy for intimacy planning implementation.
  • To monitor various projects progress, identify new project opportunities and share regular update with FRT/ART.
  • Day to Day Management – To make regular customer visit for sales development and facilitate customers for various projects and probabilities to boost sales.
  • To acquire thorough understanding of key customers need and requirements.
  • To deal with customer grievances and follow-up with technical team for resolution and various customer trials analysis and support.
  • To coordinate with internal and external parties at the appropriate levels to ensure smooth flow of interaction and transaction.
  • To coordinate and ensure effective supply chain for timely and accurately delivery of goods and services.
  • To assess the various information tools, identify business opportunities, scope of new product development and pinpoint bottleneck areas i.e. market threats, competitors initiatives etc. to further increase sales volume, market share and profitability.
  • Sales Growth Targets – To ensure Sales Targets are achieved as per assigned product and key accounts wise through managing the effective sales strategy and follow-up to ensure accomplishment of sales operational plans.
  • To build accurate and detailed profiling for the key accounts to explore new business opportunities.
  • Customer Relationship – To develop confidence and comfort with the customer to ensure they do not turn to competitors.
  • To expand the relationship with the customer by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objective.
  • To monitor stock inventories in alignment with the budget and re-order level for product as well as packaging.
  • Reporting – To prepare all applicable reports in time for accuracy and in order to ensure that they match the functional requirements, policies and standards.

Requirements

  • HND / B.Sc is must, PGD / MBA will be an added advantage
  • At least 3 years work experience.
  • Well exposed to B2B Sales.
  • Well versed with MS – Excel and Reporting methods.
  • Excessive travelling is required in and around Nigeria.
  • As per the need of the business the job is transferrable and posting can be made anywhere in Nigeria/West Africa.
