Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Overview

  • He / She will be in charge of all forms of end to end organization and projects from business to Personal life.

Job Requirement and Qualifications

  • B.Sc in relevant field
  • Minimum of 3 years proven experience in a related role.
  • Use of Excel, Powerpoint and Ms Word also well versed in social media applications
  • Very good communication skills.
  • You must have a good working PC, and Phone
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Use of Social Media APPS a must.

Responsibilities

  • Business Research and report writing.
  • Managing new projects embarked upon from inception to completion.
  • Scheduling – Managing CEO calendar, task and projects for business and personal
  • Tasks Management as outlined on the CEO’s calendar.
  • Running all Errands
  • Maintaining expense and revenue logs
  • Operate the business as needed by CEO.
  • Coordinate Pictures and Captions.

Salary

  • N80,000 – N90,000 monthly plus other benefits.
