Job Summary
- The services of a Brilliant, Competent and Computer savvy Human Resources Officer is required to support the HR department of a medium fast-growing establishment in the industrial goods sector.
- Support areas will include Compensation and Benefit, Training and Development, Performance Management, Employee Relations and Welfare.
Qualifications
- First Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Management or related fields.
- Excellent Interpersonal Relationships across junior and senior cadres.
- Integrity, Professionalism, and Confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS office suite (Intermediate Excel compulsory).
- 3-7 years cognate experience in Human Resources.
- Certification in HR is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of HR Principles and Practices.
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills.
