Job Title: Sales and Marketing Personnel

Location: Abuja

Details

  • Our store is seeking an individual who is abreast of emerging opportunities in the technology world and can create digital marketing programs that will increase sales, create and grow customer base.
  • You will work primarily in retail settings selling devices such as TVs, mobile phones, game systems, laptops, and accessories.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Build customer database using strategic Offline and Online initiatives
  • Develops long-lasting customer relationships by identifying and anticipating customers’ needs
  • Develop a schedule of holiday activities and promotions throughout the year strategically designed to bring in more revenue
  • Leading digital marketing campaigns from the idea stage through to their execution and implementation
  • Monitoring and evaluating online media campaigns to keep them fresh and effective
  • Recommend more than one product option whenever possible so customers feel as though they have multiple options
  • Taking customer complaints and inquiries

Education / Experience

  • Computer database and productivity software skills required
  • Experience in digital marketing and advertising
  • Well-versed in the use of social media as a marketing tool for search engine optimization, lead generation, and email marketing
  • Strong understanding of sales and customer service techniques
  • Critical-thinking skills to establish action plans and routinely assess their effectiveness

Job Title: Store Manager

Location: Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time

  • We are seeking a self-starter interested in technology products who demonstrates a “customer first” service focus and possesses strong interpersonal skills and proficient written & verbal communication abilities.
  • The Store Manager’s responsibility is first and foremost to drive sales. The Store Manager empowers their team and creates a positive environment, for both customers and team members, which leads to the achievement of financial goals.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Connects with the greater community and acts as a brand ambassador
  • Maintain daily records for invoices and shipments to identify which products need to be replenished
  • Meet, greet and welcome customers to the store as well as answer incoming phone calls
  • Show customers a wide range of products through demonstrations
  • Continually stays informed on industry trends and seeks out ways to stay relevant in the marketplace
  • Creates strategies to achieve both individual and store goals
  • Product tagging and inventory management, making sure the products are well displayed, dusted, and arranged on the sales floor
  • Manage all controllable costs to keep operations profitable
  • Develops in-store talent by creating succession plans and effectively managing performance
  • Networks, recruits, hires to fulfill staffing needs and trains team members
  • Persuasive in the most pleasant possible way and have no trouble selling

Education / Experience

  • 2+ years of progressive retail management experience
  • Proficiency in the use of computers, including MS Office products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), POS and Inventory Management Systems
  • Be fully knowledgeable about product features, components, and functions
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple moving pieces, people and orders
  • Strong communication skills

 

 

Job Title: Engineer

Location: Abuja
Employment Type: Full Time

Details

  • We are searching for a talented and smart individual with a passion for technology to function in the capacity of a technical support Engineer.
  • You should have a keen attention to detail and be able to tackle problems in technical systems with skill and accuracy.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Help our customers install applications and programs
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems
  • Handle customer technical support cases through phone and email submission
  • Updating the company website with tech tips and brief documents
  • Couping, decoupling, and replacement of technology hardware

Education / Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, which are not necessary but may be a benefit, or training in computer programs with professional certificates and an ITIL foundation.
  • Must have knowledge of mainstream mobile device platforms like Android, Windows phone, and iOS
  • Proficiency in software engineering tools
  • Outstanding knowledge of software maintenance
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
