Job Title: Sales Team Lead

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Successful candidate must present well, have good selling skills good communication skills: listening, written and oral communication skills. They must be able to sell well, be a self-starter, and have decent administrative skills. Candidate must be able to operate a computer and a handheld phone using Social Media apps.
  • Meet periodic sales target
  • Drive and deliver personal sales and team KPI targets
  • Gain complete product knowledge of our offerings
  • Gain understanding of our business process and be comfortable telling the our brand story to customers – Be the brand ambassador
  • Ability to cross sell and upsell to customers
  • Cultivate and develop relationship with high networth customers and manage relationships for repeat businesses
  • Strong social skills using technology – WhatsApp, Instagram Facebook, SMS, Telephone
  • Ability to manage online sales – enquiries, sales, challenges
  • Strong visual merchandising skills – Must be able to arrange, display fashion and beauty- store product display skills. Must (or learn how to) be able to photograph products using IOS or Android from good angles and good lighting
  • Collate basic inventory, expense and sales record
  • Manage customer participation in our sales exhibitions – set up, sales and break down
  • Be capable of supporting sales, product display, basic administration, customer service and more
  • Support, groom, and coach sales staff to ensure they deliver on sales targets and customer service
  • Support sales team in sales development, performance and accountability management
  • Coordinate and drive entire sales efforts
  • Ensure that customer service is not an afterthought but an intrinsic part of the sales process
  • Support the Management team and the sales process ensuring effective responsibility and ownership of your tasks

Job Title: Admin & Operations Lead

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Key Job Responsibilities

  • We seek a committed business supervisor for our business. The successful candidate must be dependable and flexible, a self-starter and must have good accounting, business administration and operations skills.
  • Lead must be able to use different accounting softwares/packages.
  • Lead must be comfortable and adept in a retail boutique role.
  • The Operations/Business Lead will also be focused on operating the business for growth and implementing stability projects.
  • Prepare/collate financial records for the business on a periodic basis.  Reconcile Targets to Actual.
  • Ensure completion of supporting documents for financial records for Receipts and Expenses.  Daily Sales and Daily Receipts/ Payments Daily Expenses, Petty Cash, and Inventory

We seek a technically competent individual to conduct full inventory count record using Excel. Then review the
report after accountant has uploaded that data into the accounting software for accuracy.

  • Staff must be able to take full records of the business inventory – photograph and label all inventory
    items.
  • Records must have relevant information as directed – price, code, quantity, color, unique
    indicators.
  • Inventory system must be updated and reconciled periodically with new purchases, sales, and obsolete
    items.
  • Once project begins you are expected to complete within agreed time period.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Must be able to use Excel
  • Must be able to take detailed Inventory or stock for a business and be excellent at it
  • Data collection accuracy and entry is a must. You must be able to input data accurately.
