Job Title: Product Marketer
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement growth strategies focused on prospecting, relationship building and customer satisfaction.
- Build, manage, and convert a pipeline of prospective clients
- Working with the marketing and communications team to devise marketing materials and tools
- Conduct proactive sales calls, visits and presentations to new and existing customers
- Update CRM tool to keep track of sales activities, customer data, and market intelligence.
- Generate active leads, win new customers, manage and up-sell existing customers across all products.
- Achieve agreed sales targets and business objectives.
- Manage, develop and improve existing business development team
- Interviewing and hiring new members of the business development team
Mandatory
- Job Qualification: Bachelor Degree, Master Degree
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development & sale in a high growth, technology-driven business preferably FinTech
- Handled monthly sales targets upwards of 100 million Naira
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Excellent communicator, analytical and data driven to make informed decisions
- Ability to build rapport easily
- Must possess great time management and planning skills
- Solution oriented and one who can take ownership
Salary
- N200,000 – N250,000 monthly.
