Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers to the store with a friendly approach
- Upholding a phenomenal customer service standard
- Politely attending to customers and answering their questions about our products and services
- Maintaining a good knowledge about the company’s range of products, prices and services
- Explaining or recommending product packages to increase customers’ options to increase patronage
- Reviewing, confirming and accepting processing orders, operate a price checker and directing customer movement
- Promoting sales, holiday offers and brand awareness

Requirements
Education:
- HND / Bachelor’s Degree
- NYSC Certificate is required
- Experience: 1 – 2 years
- Three Guarantors.

N35,000 – N40,000 Monthly.
Job Title: Supervisor
Location: Lekki, Ikota – Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Maintain and grow sales and gross margin for the company while managing staff
- Manage sales of the company’s products and services in defined geographical areas
- Manage existing and build new relationship
- Prospecting for new sales and opportunities
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing available resources
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree / HND preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in a sales environment
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent interpersonal, and communication (oral and written
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Knowledge and use of Basic MS Office Suites (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
- Problem solving, quick decision making ability abs customer service skills
- Attention to detail and quality.
Salary
N80,000 Monthly.
