Job Description
- We are recruiting for an E-learning Facilitator to drive sales to the company’s online courses through optimised landing pages, ads and creative writing.
Job Summary
- The position requires individual to work in a fast-paced environment and be an integral part of the team, know how to create landing page and generate sales through Facebook ads.
Responsibilities
- Consistently generate sales via landing pages and Facebook ads, and other social media platform.
- Running Facebook ads to sell courses.
- Deliver course content and ensure that learning outcomes are met.
- Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies
- Creating compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience.
- Manage tasks associated with our e-learning platform: managing course enrollment, tracking and reporting learning activities.
- Identifying target market needs and recommending new content to address gaps in the company’s current content.
- Conducting keyword research and using SEO best practices to increase traffic to the company website.
- Use a variety of e-learning activities to engage our audiences, attract clients and promote brand awareness.
- Identifies effective learning management systems for delivering learning.
- Optimize landing pages to increase sales.
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND qualification
- 1 or 2 years experience in HR.
- Research skills
- Content writing and editing skills
- SEO Optimization skills
- Ability to use Canva for graphics
- Video editing skills
- Hands-on experience using Microsoft office tools
- Must have an interest in HR and HR-related content.
