Job Title: Finance Manager

Location: Lagos

To reach this goal we need a 360, analytical and results driven person to take ownership of our Finance function in Nigeria.   • Be part of the Finance Team at Glovo, focused in your country and helping the regional team take decisions that will shape the future of our business in the EEMEA region
  • Take ownership of the Finance department in Nigeria including finance operations, accounting, FP&A, controlling
  • Team with Regional’s Strategy department to drive Nigeria to financial discipline and improve overall profitability, maximizing outputs
  • Lead the Finance Operations in your country (Billing, Treasury, etc) in order to ensure best-in-class day-to-day operations and and ensure a 100% satisfaction of customers, partners and glovers in any topic related to Finance
  • Work with cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, finance, procurement…) to ensure a profitable and flawless execution, and to develop profitability analysis for new ideas/businesses
  • Report into the COUNTRY General Manager and the Head of Finance in Africa
  • Opportunity to become a Finance manager in the mid-term with 360 visibility over the finance department and eventually start leading a team in the country.

Requirements
You Have:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Finance
  • Previous experience in leading a finance team with 360 overview is a plus
  • Strong background in finance operations, accounting and controlling
  • Analytical and 360 mindset
  • Hand-on and autonomous
  • Ability to influence stakeholders in order to help achieve your goals.

Job Title: Marketing Manager – Nigeria

Location: Lagos

  • We are looking for a seasoned marketing manager who can help grow the Glovo brand while formulating and executing new strategies to acquire new customers in Nigeria. This person must be highly analytical, a self-starter, results-oriented and able to thrive in an entrepreneurial fast-paced environment.

Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Define Glovo’s Marketing strategy for Nigeria together with the Regional Marketing Director
  • Lead the execution of the marketing plans and track performance on the agreed growth goals
  • Understand local media landscape and define the right mix of digital / non-digital investment to maximize user base growth within the agreed CAC targets
  • Define promotional, pricing and point of sale strategy
  • Manage the country marketing budget.

You Have

  • Minimum of 5  years of Marketing experience in a similar role at a leading FMCG blue chip company
  • Highly analytical and comfortable dealing with high growth and complex business challenges
  • Proven track record of delivering business growth, experienced defining investment strategy and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and non-digital channels
  • Strong consumer understanding skills
  • Have a deep understanding of paid, owned and earned media channels, being comfortable tracking and reporting on established performance marketing KPIs
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing and TV.

Job Title: Head of Commercial

Location: Lagos

Your Work-life Opportunity

  • You will be responsible for building and developing partnerships with restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc and growing their number on the platform while leading your team to deliver aggressive sales and growth targets
  • In this role you will be part of the commercial leadership team for Glovo, working closely with the regional team and HQ team.

  • Devise the long-term strategy for your country commercial department
  • Keep  building a partner portfolio,  create new business opportunities and initiate partnership collaborations
  • Build processes to scale the commercial effort without compromising quality or support
  • Lead your team to greatness – hire top talents, help them perform, grow and develop as professionals
  • Guide the commercial team in order to achieve the sales targets and maintain good relationships with our partners
  • Work hard with your team, helping and guiding them during difficult negotiations to close important deals with top chains and smaller partners
  • Drive, structure, analyze and channel daily work and information – setting goals, delegating, and supervising the  team’s performance
  • Work closely with our HQ Commercial department to define commissions, rewards, and incentives to motivate the local team
  • Coordinate and manage the Commercial KPIs defined together with the Operation   and Marketing team

Requirements
You Have:

  • At least 3 years of relevant  experience in managing high-performance commercial team
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, strategic thinker, with strong leadership and business fundamentals
  • Previous work experience in a startup / high-demanding environment is preferred
  • Strong communication abilities with ability to influence and drive change
  • You’re extremely curious and have a desire to acquire a deep understanding
  • You find smart and elegant solutions to complex, multi-disciplinary problems
  • You’re extremely agile and thrive in ambiguous environments
  • You have an ambition that makes some people think you’re crazy while inspiring others
  • You are always respectful, kind and fair
  • Local Language and English full professional proficiency.
