Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Role Overview

  • In this role, you are to perform a variety of administrative tasks and provide support to the Creative Director

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality administrative and clerical assistance to the Creative Director.
  • Manage the Creative Director’s schedules, book appointments, make arrangements for meetings, and develop action plans to ensure the Creative Director receives pertinent information.
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements for the Creative Director on official trips.
  • Assist the Creative Director in planning strategies.
  • Compile, proofread and revise drafts of documents and reports.
  • Take minutes during meetings.
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
  • Process vendor invoices and payments.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in an Admin/Executive support role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality.

Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 monthly.

Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Lekki Phase II, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

  • In this role, you will manage all employees by overseeing assigned tasks and ensuring that performance is in line with the brand’s expectations.

Summary Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day to day operations in the store
  • Keep a record of expenses accrued daily
  • Supervise all employees and ensure they perform tasks assigned
  • Plan and organize team bonding activities
  • Review and resolve employee complaints
  • Ensure customer satisfaction at all times
  • Oversee interactions with customers and ensure that the customer service officer strictly adheres to the standard operating procedures
  • Manage and resolve complaints raised by customers

Requirements

  • HND or B.Sc in any related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in an administrative/operations role
  • Background in accounting is preferred
  • Good organizational and coordination skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools
  • Highly entrepreneurial

Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 monthly.

Job Title: Assistant Designer (Fashion)

Location: Lekki Phase II, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

  • In this role, you will sketch designs and select fabrics and materials for production.

Summary Responsibilities

  • Create sketches and designs for couture and ready-to-wear collections
  • Create mood boards for occasional garments
  • Assist the Creative Director during couture consultations
  • Conduct second level quality control on all finished garments
  • Style and supervise photoshoots
  • Coordinate and ensure all materials needed for photoshoots are available
  • Work with the customer service officer in creating weekly content

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification
  • Minimum of two (2) years experience in design
  • Ability to sketch by hand or a software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong visualization skills.
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Candidates should live preferably within Jakande – Ajah axis.

Salary
N80,000 monthly.

Job Title: Production Supervisor (Fashion)

Location: Lekki Phase II, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

  • In this role, you will manage production processes and staff and ensure that the process is as efficient as possible.

Summary Responsibilities

  • Oversee production process and supervise individuals in the production team to ensure efficiency.
  • Assign tasks
  • Conduct quality control on in-process and finished garments
  • Assist with fittings
  • Ensure that garments are ready for client pickup before the scheduled date

Requirements

  • B.Sc or HND in Fashion Design
  • Over two (2) years experience in a similar role/ experience in design, pattern
  • High level of professionalism
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Candidates should live preferably within Jakande – Ajah axis.

Salary
N80,000 monthly.
