Job Title: Executive Marketing Officer (EMO)

Location: Abuja

Job Summary

  • We are in need of competent and experienced candidates to market our properties.
  • The marketers will be responsible for marketing, advertising, sales and the promotional activities of the company and must be able to take steps to measure, enhance, and enrich the position and goals of the company through various goals and objectives.

Job Description / Requirements

  • Minimum Qualification: Degree
  • Experience Level: Executive level
  • Counsel clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages
  • Demonstrable grasp of the Real Estate Development and Property Management
  • Prepare loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds and other documents for each real estate transaction.
  • Must be solution-oriented with ability to build relationships across a cross-disciplinary team comprised of diverse personalities, skill sets, and levels of experience
  • Experience Length: 3 years
  • Must be able to write daily, weekly and monthly reports in a clear and concise manner.
  • Previous work experience in sales and marketing for Real estate, Investments & Finance
  • Generate client leads to buy property
  • Strong communication capabilities, written and verbal, for executive level discussion and influence, comfort and confidence interfacing with and presenting to staff and executives.
  • Flexible, enthusiastic, and self-directed.
