Job Title: Area Sales Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory.
  • Setting reasonable sales targets to be achieved by the sales team.
  • Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management.
  • Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
  • Utilizing outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers to close sales.
  • Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.
  • Implementing a sales management process to assist the sales team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects.

Requirements

  • HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or related field is preferred.
  • Proven sales experience; sector-specific sales experience is preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.

Job Title: Customer Experience Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Tracking customer experiences across online and offline channels, devices, and touchpoints.
  • Collaborating with IT developers, as well as the production, marketing, and sales teams to enhance customer services and brand awareness.
  • Aligning customer experience strategies with marketing initiatives. as well as informing customers about new product features and functionalities.
  • Identifying customer needs and taking proactive steps to maintain positive experiences.
  • Responding to customer queries in a timely and effective manner, via phone, email, social media, or chat applications.
  • Analyzing customer feedback on product ranges and new releases, as well as preparing reports.
  • Performing product tests, evaluating after-sales and support services, and facilitating improvements.
  • Documenting processes and logging technical issues, as well as customer compliments and complaints.
  • Keeping informed of industry trends and new CRM technologies.

Requirements

  • OND or HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Management or in a related field preferred.
  • At least 1 years experience as a customer experience specialist, or a similar customer support role.
  • Extensive experience in gathering and interpreting customer experience information.
  • Solid knowledge of online customer engagement platforms and channels.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach.
  • Great organizational and time management abilities.
  • Superb communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Job Title: Account Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining financial records.
  • Handling accounts payable and receivable.
  • Checking invoices.
  • Resolving accounts to the general ledger.
  • Contacting clients about transactions and invoices.
  • Handling queries related to accounts.

Requirements

  • OND or HND or Degree equivalent
  • Proven work experience as an Account Officer.
  • Able to work well within a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and QuickBooks.
  • Solid analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
