We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Real Estate Marketer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
  • Must be able to Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration.
  • Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.
  • Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
  • Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold in order to determine its competitive market price.
  • Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
  • Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers’ needs and financial resources.
  • Review plans for new construction with clients, enumerating and recommending available options and features.
  • Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other.
  • Answer clients’ questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, repairs, and appraisals.
  • Inspect condition of premises, and arrange for necessary maintenance or notify owners of maintenance needs.
  • Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting.
  • Advise sellers on how to make homes more appealing to potential buyers.
  • Arrange meetings between buyers and sellers when details of transactions need to be negotiated.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in any field with at least 3 years work experience.
  • Previous work in marketing for real estate, architecture, design or construction industries preferred.
  • Solution oriented with ability to build relationships across a cross-disciplinary team comprised of diverse personalities, skill sets, and levels of experience.
  • Demonstrable grasp of the Real Estate Development and Property Management.
  • Flexible, enthusiastic, and self-directed.

 

Job Title: Client Service Manager

Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Provide regular updates toclients.
  • Develop open and effective channels of communication with eachclient.
  • Coordinate internal projects.
  • Handle and resolve client queries.
  • Develop strategies for improving customer services.
  • Train other client services staff on the use of modern-day customer service best practices.
  • Maintain business relationships with existing clients, and bring new clients on board.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / MSc qualification.
  • Must be fluent in spoken English.
  • Should be familiar with the use of CRM.
  • Must be able to put up a good presentation.
  • Have knowledge in financial services, Real Estate.
  • Possess strong ethical practice.
  • Must have related job experience.
  • Must be willing to resume within a week.
  • Preferably female for gender balance.
  • The candidate should reside in Mainland

Job Title: Account Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  • Creating and processing invoices.
  • Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy.
  • Managing a company’s accounts payable and receivable.
  • Sending bills and invoices to clients.
  • Tracking organization expenses.
  • Processing refunds.
  • Preparing accounts and tax returns.
  • Administering payrolls and controlling income and expenditure.
  • Auditing financial information.
  • Compiling and presenting reports, budgets, business plans, commentaries and financial statements.
  • Analysing accounts and business plans.

Job Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess an OND or HND qualification
  • Able to work with excel.
  • Must be good at computing.
  • Able to use accounting software.
  • Able to do basic book keeping.
