Job Title: Design Engineer

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Understand and apply Eurocode.
  • Understand and apply American codes e.g., ACI, API, AISC, ASCE, etc.
  • Drafting of reinforced concrete structures using AutoCAD
  • Drafting of steel structures using AutoCAD
  • Understand plot plans and layout.
  • Preparation of material take off and material requisition.
  • Proactively work with other team members to ensure project goals are met.
  • Analyse prototype data and retest if needed.
  • Research new product ideas and methods
  • Improve existing products and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with the industry’s safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure products are user- and environment-friendly.
  • Write detailed reports.
  • Find creative design solutions to problems.

Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field with a minimum of 2 years’ experience on the job.
  • Sound knowledge on the use of AutoCAD and 3D models (PDMS and SACs)
  • Previous experience as a Design Engineer or a similar role
  • Proven experience using CAD software; knowledge of SolidWorks is a plus.
  • Good understanding of safety standards and environmental impact of a design
  • Ability to present in front of stakeholders and managers.
  • Great computational and spatial ability
  • Excellent oral and written communication.

Pay
N250,000 – N350,000 monthly (Openly negotiable).

Job Title: Accountant

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Industry: Oil & Gas

Responsibilities

  • Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
  • Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
  • Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
  • Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
  • Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned.
  • Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
  • Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
  • Assist with other accounting projects.

Recruitments

  • B.Sc / HND in Accounting, Finance or relevant field with 3 – 5 years work experience.

Job Title: Junior Material and Corrosion Engineer

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all aspects of the disciplines scope of work on the projects (i.e., asset integrity assessment, and design of corrosion control systems, pipe internal corrosion monitoring/control, etc.) are effectively and satisfactorily discharged.
  • Perform vital discipline engineering design and analytical tasks (materials selection, corrosion assessments, etc.) utilizing specialized engineering software including E.C.E Norsok, Hydrocorr, etc.
  • Participate in and ensure the preparation of discipline deliverables including basis for design, selection/specification/evaluation of cathodic protection systems equipment (TRs, Anodes, isolating flanges, etc.) and other utility systems, MTOs, Data Sheets, Specification
  • Liaising continuously with major material/equipment suppliers regarding the latest developments in technologies.
  • Definition of the anticorrosion strategy using CP/ COATING / PAINTING / CHEMICAL TREATMENT/ CRA (corrosion resistant alloy) to optimize quality and costs.
  • Issuing of engineering corrosion philosophy document including pipeline and Topside equipment review. Interface with Equipment / Electrical/ Instrumental engineering disciplines
  • Transfer of the corrosion strategy to the discipline responsible of CP / Painting and Coating design.
  • Design of the chemical treatment and CRA.
  • Corrosion failure analysis upon Project/ Assets request.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in (B. Eng/ B. Tech or Equivalent) in Material & Corrosion Engineering or Material & Metallurgical Engineering and other related discipline engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in engineering design in the Oil & Gas Onshore/Offshore industries. Possession of Higher qualification and/ or more cognate experience in materials and corrosion engineering designs will be an added advantage.

  • Nigeria must belong to professional bodies registerable with COREN

Job Title: Senior Subsea Engineer

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • The senior subsea Engineer shall carry out all duties and function as may be assigned by the lead pipeline Engineer.
  • Verify man-hour estimates, execution plan and manning requirement during proposals for review by lead pipeline Engineer.
  • He shall organize and lead other discipline engineers in carrying out [pipeline engineering designs, communicating, and interfacing in a multi-disciplined environment, and be familiar with the technical requirements of other discipline groups.
  • Verify all discipline analyses and calculation notes required tdesign the pipelines system, including the engineering for green field and major Brown field pipeline/subsea development projects of the oil and gas industry.
  • Must be familiar with relevant design code and standards (API, ASME, DNV etc.,) oil and gas industry design practices, and a thorough working knowledge of design and analytical techniques on subsea/ pipeline design software- OFFPIPE, ORCAFLEX, PIPESIM, CAESAR II, AUTOPIPE, AGA etc.
  • Must alsbe knowledgeable and provide expertise in pipeline operation and integrity management, pigging requirements as well as in CAD designs of pipeline layouts, routings, and crossings.
  • Be responsible for career development and training of junior engineering.
  • Provide support for the preparation and evaluation of technical bids.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in (B. Eng/ B. Tech or Equivalent)

  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.Eng.) in mechanical Engineering member, Nigerian society of Enigeers, COREN
  • At least 3 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry in both onshore and/or offshore facilities and Power Generation sector
  • At least 1 years of experience in offshore oil/gas field development projects.
  • Experience with Auto Pipe and Caesar II software
  • Experience with detailed design project (EPC) execution.

Job Title: Electrical Engineer

Location: Lagos

  • Confer with senior designer and Engineers to understand the scope of works.
  • Assemble documentation packages required to produce drawing sets.
  • Generate computer appreciation and use various applications to generate deliverables.
  • Prepare and revises Electrical Engineering drawings
  • Prepare cable schedule and equipment list.
  • Prepare material take off (MTO)
  • Familiarize with project procedures and engineering instruction.
  • Execute new product designs personally and oversee outsourced resources where appropriate.
  • Execute quick turn prototyping, PCB bring-up, debugging, verification testing, and performance characterization of new designs.
  • Support current platforms with enhancements and improvements where needed.
  • Support manufacturing engineering as necessary and provide appropriate tools and techniques to the service organization.
  • Execute/manage compliance testing and documentation.
