A leading Real Estate Development company is recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Account Officer
Job Ref: AO – 002
- General accounting tasks, including reconciling and maintaining balance sheet accounts and general ledger operations
- Identifyand resolve invoicing issues, accounting discrepancies and other financial related issues
- Prepare staff payroll administrations, including fringe benefit computations.
- Ensure all expenses are within assigned project budget and verify the completeness of all required supporting documentation for all payments vouchers
- Prepare payments, bank transfers and do the bank transactions
Requirement / Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management or related field
- 3-5 years experience in Accounting
- Professional Qualification such as ICAN, ACCA is an added advantage
- Advanced use of Microsoft Word & Excel
- Knowledge of accounting software such as Sage, Quickbooks etc.
