Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification
- 1 year work experience.
Responsibilities
- Open and maintain accounts by recording account information
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint
- Receiving calls and attending to customers complaints and also proffering adequate solution
- Informs clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, providing information
- Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions, participating in educational opportunities.
- Determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, following up to ensure resolution
- Updating account information
Salary
- N20,000 – N40,000 monthly.
