We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Garki, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Resolve product and service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; conversant with market currency exchange rate, chat online with customers via our website, Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction, Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication with customers.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution, Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies, Greet customers and warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling via cha.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification with 2 – 5 years work experience.

Additional Requirements:

  • Proven customer support experience
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Customer Service Representative Top Skills & Proficiencies:
  • Proficient in the use of oral and written English
  • Proficient with Excel for report
  • Good internet and computer skills
  • Applicant must reside within Abuja or its environs.
