Driver in a Real Estate Firm

STRUGZ – Our client operates in the Real Estate industry and requires the services of a suitable candidate to fill the position below:

Job Title: Driver

Location: Lekki-Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Driving the assigned vehicle or motorcycle while on official duty.
• Monitors and ensures that assigned vehicle or motorcycle is well maintained
• Ensures that vehicles particulars are valid.
• Perform any other duty as required.
• The job demands absolute dedication to duty and punctuality.

Qualifications

• Minimum certification – FSLC / SSCE
• Ability to drive new model vehicles with at least three years of experience
• Good driving skills with at least three years of experience
• Resident in or near Lekki Phase One.

Requirements:

• Valid driving licence and Riders Card
• A clean driving record
• Minimum visual acuity of 20/50 (or corrected to 20/50)
• Familiarity with GPS devices
• Knowledge of area roads, neighborhoods and Lagos routes
• Availability to occasionally take weekend duties
• A polite and professional disposition
• Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations (e.g. at rush hour).

Accountabilities

• Ensures safety is always taken into consideration.
• Ensures car is always in good condition and well maintained
• Ensures that all occupant(s) in the vehicle obey all set safety rules and regulations.

Salary
N40,000 – N45,000 / Month.
