Job Title: Locum / Pharmacist
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Part-time
Job Description
- Offering advice to patients on their disease condition, the symptoms, the pharmacological and non-pharmacological approaches to managing the condition.
- Pharmacovigilance; Discovering and reporting Drug Therapy Problems to the appropriate bodies.
- Processing prescription and dispensing medication.
- Drug evaluation and monitoring of medication outcome (Patient documentation and follow up)
- Inventory and supply chain management.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) qualification
- Minimum of 1 year work experience.
- He/She will work in our Ikeja Branch from 4:00pm to 9:30pm
