Job Title: Business Development Manager (Hospitality)

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Introducing the company and its products to potential clients
  • Driving sales of Baking Premixes to new clients
  • Meeting specific sales targets
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
  • Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
  • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a B.Sc Degree or HND in relevant field
  • Minimum of 5 years of cognate experience as a Business Development Manager in the Hospitality Industry
  • Have commendable use of accounting applications
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks
  • Great analytical skills
  • Eye for detail
  • Must be a resident of Ikeja and environs.
