Dondax Express Servicesis a logistic platform that manages on-demand and scheduled deliveries for a variety of user segments, ranging from business establishments to individual clients. Recently Dondxa Express Services is partnering with one of the biggeste-commerce platform in nigeria to provide delivering services to its customers.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Dispatch Rider
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Keeps customers informed by forwarding notice of item availability, shipment date and method, and current status; answering questions.
- Responsible for contacting customers to verify the delivery address.
- Responsible for picking up items and delivering them safely to customers on time.
- Responsible for collecting moneyfor bought items upon delivery to the customer.
- Responsible for daily maintenance of company tools including cleaning and care of motorbike.
- Record daily deliveries through delivery notes.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a minimum of OND qualfication.
- A minimum of 1 year and above experience.
- Thorough understanding of Lagos roads and travel routes.
- Good knowledge of traffic signs and laws.
- Average written and spoken English.
- Must have a valid rider’s card.
- Should reside on the mainland preferably.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Polite and able to get along with people.
- Must know how to use POS, google map and andriod phone.
Salary
N50,000 monthly
