We are a premiun brand Online Food Company, situated at Lekki Phase 1, Lagos State. We open 1:00 PM – 6:00 AM daily.

Job Overview

  • Raise brand awareness, drive customer growth, improve the company’s brand’s positioning and generate revenue by acting as a dedicated resource to lead brand communications strategies, positioning and media relations / publicity through ideation, research, brainstorming and implementation of unique and creative approaches or methodologies, designed for improving the image of Wolfgang’s products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, design, implement and manage social media strategies to align with business goals
  • Facilitate scaling the brand and increasing the company’s awareness through various social media channels by generating, editing, publishing and sharing engaging contents daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos and news) on all Social Media platforms
  • Create actionable plans to grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Snapchat by writing pieces and stories that are enlightening, memorable, and effective at prompting readers and viewers to take action.
  • Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and others
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness like promotions and competitions
  • Ensure all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company provides customers a positive customer service experience
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
  • Analyzing and reporting on the effects of publications
  • Monitoring users’ engagement with feedback on every post
  • Collaborate with Customer Service Department, Kitchen and Logistics Department to ensure brand consistency
  • Collaborate with Customer Service Department to resolve customers’ complaints
  • Collaborating with outsourced Videographers and Multimedia Designers to ensure that posts are informative, appealing and engaging
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
  • Staying up to date on customer trends and analysis
  • Maintaining a secure database of all login credentials
  • Exploring the potential value of social media sites that are not yet in our repertoire
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications to remain abreast of changes to all pertinent social media applications.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND / OND qualification.
  • 2+ years of professional social media, content creation and content marketing experience.
  • Highly computer literate and advanced knowledge of Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, YouTube Ads, Tiktok Ads, Snap Chat Ads, Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Campaign URL Builder, Canva, MS Excel, native social analytics tools and other reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization would be an added advantage
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an eye for engaging copy accuracy and grammar
  • Intentional listener with a strong ability to interpret into a compelling copy
  • Relevant experience building relationships with digital community members including but not limited to influencers, ambassadors, and customers
  • Cross-channel storyteller – able to tell stories using words, images, videos or audio
  • Calm demeanor with a bias for action and taking the initiative to ensure results.
