Job Title: Administrative Officer

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are currently in need for an administrative officer for immediate employment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
  • Maintain and update company data bases
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
  • Answer queries by employees and clients
  • Update office update as needed
  • Maintain a company calendar md schedule appointments
  • Organize meetings
  • Distribute and direct correspondence (e.g. letters, emails, packages)
  • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
  • Arrange travel and accommodation
  • Schedule in-house and external events.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • B.Sc Degree / HND holders can apply
  • Minimum of 3-4 years experience as an Admin Officer in a RESORT
  • Good presentation skills
  • Time management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Good computer skills.
