We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Location: Lekki Phase One, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing and assessing staff activities, and providing them with regular performance-related feedback.
  • Strategizing and monitoring the daily activities of floor operations.
  • Managing cashier coverage and customer flow to ensure proficient customer service.
  • Investigating and solving customer service complaints.
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of service policies, and explaining these to staff and customers.
  • Maintaining documentation of sales activities.
  • Performing additional duties where needed.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2 – 4 years of work experience.

Salary

  • N80,000 – N90,000 Monthly.
