Job Briefing
- We are seeking to recruit a good Customer Service Executive (male / female), who is intelligent, innovative, self-motivated and goal oriented, will interact with patients, process orders and provide information about the company’s products and service.
Requirements
- B.Sc in Social Sciences or any relevant field
- Professional Certification in Customer Service and Relationship Mgt is a great advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Profiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Accounting skills and record keeping skill.
- Result driven and passionate about client engagement, retention and brand management.
- Must demonstrate high level of ownership and attentive to details.
- Good client engagement and service delivery.
- Flexible and willing to accept a change in priorities as necessary.
- Persistence to follow through on given tasks.
Salary
N45,000 – N55,000 Monthly.
