We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Research / Sanitation Assistant / Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description
Task 1:

  • Conduct literature reviews, field research, and analysis for program and/or policy design;
  • Participate in concept note development, proposal writing, and bidding for grants;
  • Organize/attend meetings – webinars, workshops, conferences – and prepare reports;
  • Manage projects – coordinate project teams, accounts and administrative/logistic functions.

Requirements
Must have skills:

  • A B.Sc in Geography, Settlement Planning, Sanitation Engineering and related fields
  • An MSc will be an advantage.
  • 1 – 6 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Graphics design knowledge is an advantage
  • Highly skilled with numbers and can crunch data
  • Very strong oral and written communication skills including writing proposals and reports
  • Experience of desk / literature research, and field surveys
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • A fair knowledge of accounting would be an advantage
  • A flexible, adaptable and professional approach to work.
