Job Title: Digital Marketing & Sales Lead Generation Specialist

Reports To: Business Support Manager / CEO

Job Description

  • The Digital Marketer and Sales Lead Generation Specialist are responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to assist the Business Support Manager and CEO.
  • This candidate will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including digital marketing, social media, inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision-makers is essential.

Responsibilities
The candidate is expected to:

  • Develop new business via the established channels (LinkedIn, telephone and customer information database) and mass communication such as Bulk email and social media to introduce the Zercom systems solutions and identify appropriate buyers within the target market.
  • Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around website optimization
  • Generate and follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
  • Writing press releases, online content, and company articles for our online channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
  • Assessing the results of marketing campaigns and sponsored Ads, Google Ads and SEO
  • Support Business support team to improve service delivery, control, and maintenance of their leads.
  • Project Completion / 6 Month purchase follow-up calls
  • Prepare emails to send out to customers
  • Assist with Presentations, training, and scheduling of technical and administrative support to customers.
  • Identify key buying influencers within these prospects to determine budget and timeline.
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
  • Work with the Business Support Manager and CEO to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals.
  • Assisting the CEO in writing reports and analyzing data
  • Coordinate with sales team to create marketing campaigns
  • Helping to drive leads and online traffic with web-based activities and programs
  • Manage data for new and prospective clients in any Lead generation software or CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached, as well as reporting and follow-up activities meet the organization requirements.
  • Prepare and analyze marketing and sales pipeline reports and dashboards.

Required Experience and Knowledge

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, or related field
  • 1-3 years Digital marketing / online channel sales and/or inside sales experience is a plus
  • Excellent client service skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Technical Experience:

  • Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of video and picture editing software such as Adobe, canva and Camtasia
  • Experience with email marketing software such as Mailchimp, SendinBlue, and Snovio,
  • Experience with any CRM Software
  • Basic understanding of Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Full understanding of all social media platforms
  • Experience executing paid social media campaigns.
