Job Title: Farm Supervisor
Location: Oyo / Abeokuta, Ogun

Job Description
- Make schedules, supervise and train farm hands – coordinate and direct their day -to- day activities
- Supervise a wide range of farm operations including cultivation, sowing, spraying and harvesting
- Ensure and enforce compliance with government regulation and health and safety standards
- Oversee the work of farming units and suggests improvements and changes
- Inspect farm buildings and equipment, ensuring routine maintenance is carried out and repairs are made with necessary
- Perform other work as assigned by the management.
Job Specification
- Candidates should possess an HND qualification with at 2 years experience.
- Oral and written communication
- Ability to keep records of time, production and cost and make report and recommendation for improvement in methods and equipment
- To be standard driven and have a good attention to details
- Technical / professional knowledge
- Computer literate
- Display energy and enthusiasm.
Salary
N50,000 – N60,000 / Month.
