Job Title: IT Business Strategy Analyst

Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Job Type: Full-time · Associate

About the Job
Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Support the development of the company-wide IT strategy and roadmap
  • Support the development of the IT budget along with the ROI of proposed initiatives and strategies
  • Support the development of feasibility studies, cost/benefit analyses, business case development and risk assessments for various technology projects.
  • Support creation and operationalization of the service costing model for IT services
  • Work with unit heads to operationalize the Value Realisation Framework to define and track benefits from initiatives
  • Support departmental communications efforts towards multiple audience groups
  • Support the review of existing business processes to identify and implement improvement opportunities
  • Support demand management of IT services and resources

Technical Requirements

  • Experience with IT-Business Alignment efforts
  • Experience in business case development and ROI modelling
  • Project management knowledge and experience
  • Broad understanding of the organization’s core business process and operations
  • Experience with business requirements analysis, elicitation, modelling, verification, and methodology development
  • Knowledge of business architecture, process re-engineering principles and basic knowledge of financial models.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to apply them to systems issues and products as required
  • Experience with excel data analysis and visualization features
  • Ability to translate concepts
