Sayed Farms Limited is specialized in poultry sector covering all its major aspects, and also in the distribution of frozen food in the Nigerian Market. Our line of frozen products has expanded to include the finest quality of chicken, potatoes, cheese, vegetables, seafood, and ice cream products in the market.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Maintenance Store Keeper

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Implementing all processes and procedures related to the store.
  • Daily posting of all store transaction in SAP and/or other systems.
  • Identify material to be ordered/purchased based on the pre-determined re-order levels.
  • Receive ordered materials physically against the Purchase order & confirm, organize and label parts and other stored items, and issue them upon request (as per the procedures).
  • Preparing P.R /P.O and Goods receipt and any other required transactions and documents.
  • Daily, monthly and yearly inventory process execution.
  • Highlight the maintenance Dept. expenses to the Direct Manager in regular interval.
  • Tracking of all stored operating materials and prepare regular reports.
  • The overall management of Quality, Costs, Service and People.
  • Maintain and implement AIB standards.

Requirements

  • B.Sc / HND in Mechanical Engineering any other related discipline from recognized University.
  • Minimum of eight (8) years cognate experience from manufacturing industries.
  • Must have very good knowledge of maintenance spare parts and consumables;
  • Must be computer literate with good communication and analytical skills;
  • Good personality and organizational skill
  • Must be result driven.
  • Must be residing or willing to relocate to Ibadan, Oyo State.
