KAP Motion Pictures Limited is a film-making company owned by Kunle Afolayan, one of Africa’s best filmmakers. It consists of KAP Academy, KAP Cinema, and Afefeyeye Restaurant.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Cinema Ticket Officer
Location: Allen, Ikeja – Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Demonstrate consistent and effective sales techniques.
- Complete transactions by greeting each guest, identifying the guest’s request, operating point-of-sale terminals, making changes accurately, and thanking guests.
- Ensure the security of all cash, receipts, tickets, and computer systems.
- Control access to the theatre.
- Frequently monitor auditoriums for picture and sound quality, temperature, lighting levels, audience behavior, and film piracy.
- Perform daily stocking and maintenance duties.
- Ability to work and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Follow all procedures to ensure a safe work environment, as well as the safety of our guests.
- Uphold Cinema business practice standards and ensure compliance with company regulations.
- Maintain regular personal attendance for all scheduled shifts.
- Assist with other theatre crew functions and perform other duties as directed.
Skills and Experience:
- 3 – 6 years work experience
- Experience with the use of Cinema ticketing software
- Customer service experience
- Sales experience is an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with Cinema policies and customer loyalty and marketing programs.
