Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Okota, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to:The supervisor
- The customer service representative will act as a liaison, provide product service information answer questions and resolve every emerging issues that customers may face with accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
- Closing sales that will develop into return customers and new customers.
- Identifying and assessing customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Meeting personal / customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
- Must have at least OND
- Must have at least 2 years experience as a customer service representative
- Must be a good team player
- Must possess good character traits and personality
- Must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Must have customer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different types of characters
- Must have excellent communication and presentation skills
- Must live within Okota / Ago / Isolo and environs
- Must not be above 26 years of age.
N45,000 / Month.
