Job Title: High Call Volume Telesales & Customer Representative
Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Experience with managing high volume of incoming and outgoing to sell haircare products to prospective customers or clients.
- Explains product’s benefits, features and history to customers
- Influences potential customers to buy hair care products and merchandise by following a prepared sales talk to give product information and product upsells
- Deal and resolve any customer complaints.
- Handle customer orders, provide appropriate solutions and upsell other products within the time limits;
- Keep records of customer orders, funnel process, inventory, proof of payment with each logistics partner
- Respond to customers’ enquiries via calls, email, live chat, and active social media platforms.
Task:
- Effectively meets daily metrics with speed, accuracy, and a positive attitude.
Strict Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree or HND, OND.
- Two (2) years or more experience in a heavy volume phone transaction based environment
- Ability to counter customer objections
- Ability to upsell and cross sell
- Experience with eCommerce customer service is a +
- Must be independent, self-motivated and organized
- Must be articulate and able to quickly develop rapport with customers over the phone
Salary
- Monthly Salary – N50,000 – N90,000
- N600,000 – N1,100,000 annually
