Job Title: Brand Manager – Restaurant

Locations: Sangotedo, Ikeja, Lekki Scheme I – Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Type: Multi-unit store operations
Reports to: Director of Food Services


  • The Restaurant Brand Manager supports the growth, performance and sustained long-term profitability for 3 locations. Utilizes specialized knowledge, experience, processes to provide guidance and direction to outlet manager and add value to the business and drive outcomes.
  • Employs a multi-dimensional view to consider customer, commercial, people, financial and operational perspectives.

Job Description

  • Develop promotional strategies for brand awareness and profitability.
  • Identify innovative business ideas to increase business prospects.
  • Provide feedback into product development and service offers and participates in the development; collaborate to create, launch, and track performance of product and service offerings in our markets.
  • Develop and deliver appropriate field sales/marketing enablement tools.
  • Carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with the customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends
  • Developing strategies, and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast, and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of brands.
  • Supervising advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding.
  • Issues operational routines and controls for each store to ensure compliance.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
  • Minimum of 3 years multi-unit food service experience.
  • Experience with business processes and working methods with at least 3 years of multi-outlet Senior Management experience in a similar high volume retail food service chain, or complex foodservice operation.
  • Ability to drive business results with a balance of strong leadership skills and passion for process and people.
  • Experience leading and developing people.
