Job Title: IT Support Personnel
Location: Gombe
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
- 1 – 2 years experience as an IT Support Personnel
- Management of enterprise collaboration suite (office 365).
- Technical writing and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of ITIL / Certification is an added advantage.
- Familiarization with any of the following is beneficial: VLANs, VOIP, RSTP, Ethernet, Wireless, Switching and Routing concepts.
- First level support experience is required, second level support is an added advantage.
- Printer and scanner support.
- Application software support.
Salary
N70,000 monthly (Net)
