Job Description
- Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects
- Prepare presentations (3D, 2D, mock-ups and renderings) for clients
- Other assigned responsibilities
Qualifications
- HND / B.Sc in Architecture or a related discipline
- 0 – 1 year of experience in related field
- Acceptable age: 20 – 30 years
- Candidate must live in Ajah or environ
- Proficient in ArchiCAD and Microsoft Office suite
- Strong creative and communication skills
- Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions)
- Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs will be an added advantage
- Excellent portfolio of previous works will be an added advantage
- Creative talent, imagination and eye for design
- Communication, presentation and project management skills
- Ability to work within deadline.
Salary
N70,000 – N75,000 monthly.
Deadline: 30th April, 2022.
