Job Description
- Calling customers to follow up with loan repayment
- Managing customer status and repayments
- Computing outstanding balance on excel
- Daily reporting to Team Leader and Supervisor
- Escalating defaulting customers toTeam Leader andSupervisor.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND, OND, SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 0 – 1 year work experience.
